Remote-first
Distributed team, asynchronous by default. Overlap hours agreed per team rather than imposed globally.
Small teams, real ownership
You own what you ship, including the on-call and the consequences. No handing work over a wall.
Compliance is not the enemy
Regulatory constraints are part of the design problem, not an obstacle imposed by other people afterwards.
Written culture
Decisions are written down with their reasoning. It is slower to write and much faster to work with six months later.
Open Roles
We are pre-launch and hiring selectively. There are no formally posted vacancies right now.
If you have built card issuing, KYC pipelines, crypto treasury or compliance operations before, write to [email protected] with 'Careers' in the subject and tell us what you built and what went wrong with it. The second part is the more interesting one.
