Yes — a flat 2.5% whether you send USDT, Bitcoin or Ethereum. It covers converting your transfer into a spendable balance at the market rate, and there is no second markup hidden inside that rate. One number is easier to check than a table, which is the point.

No. The Free plan has no subscription at all — you pay once for the card and then nothing. Plans make sense only if the cashback and free ATM allowance are worth more to you than the monthly price. If you spend $2,000 a month, GOLD returns $20 in cashback against a $9.99 fee.

No. There is no inactivity fee and no minimum spend. If you are on a paid plan you can cancel it at any time and drop back to Free without losing your card or your balance.

The live market rate at the moment of conversion, with no spread added on top. The percentage you see in the table is the entire cost — there is no second markup hidden inside the rate.

Blockchain network fees on deposits are charged by the network itself and go to miners or validators, not to us. ATM operators in some countries add their own surcharge, which is shown on the ATM screen before you confirm. Everything NELVOI charges is in the tables above.

The card itself, tracked delivery worldwide, and the account it is attached to. There is nothing to pay afterwards unless you choose a paid plan: no annual fee, no maintenance charge, no minimum spend. A replacement card is $499.99 on the Free plan and free once a year on GOLD and above.
