Issuance is $9.99 for a virtual card and $499.99 for a physical one, charged once. There is no monthly fee. Topping up costs 2.5% at the market rate, and cash at a machine 1%. The pricing page lists every charge, including the ones that are zero.
The card works in 180+ countries, wherever the major card networks are accepted. Countries under international sanctions cannot be served at all, and that is not open to appeal.

We are not launched yet, and we would rather say so than take deposits we cannot service. Leave your email and country and we will write when it opens where you are.
