Convert Crypto and Fiat at Volume
A price quoted for the whole amount, held while you decide, and filled at exactly that price. No order book, no slippage, no splitting the trade across three venues.
Request a Quote See the Fees
When a Desk Beats an Exchange
For a few thousand dollars an exchange is the right answer. Put a market order in, pay the taker fee, done.
The calculation changes when your order is large relative to the book. A $500,000 market sell does not fill at the top of the book; it walks down through it, and the average price you get is worse than the price you saw — sometimes by more than every fee combined. Splitting the order across venues helps and brings its own problems: partial fills, transfer times, and price movement while you are moving.
A desk quotes one price for the entire amount. You see it before you commit, and the fill is at that price. The spread inside the quote is our compensation for taking the market risk you were going to take yourself.
So the test is arithmetic: compare your expected slippage to the quoted spread and use whichever is smaller. We will do that calculation with you rather than around you.
What We Quote
Pairs and settlement rails available at launch. Anything outside this is a conversation rather than a no.
Stablecoins
USDT and USDC against USD and EUR, in both directions. The most common trade by a wide margin, and the one with the tightest spreads.
Major crypto
Bitcoin, Ethereum and Solana against fiat or against stablecoins. Spreads widen with volatility, which we show rather than absorb quietly.
Crypto to crypto
Direct conversion without routing through fiat, which avoids two conversions and two sets of banking friction.
Fiat settlement
SEPA and SWIFT for EUR, domestic and SWIFT for USD. The corridor determines the timing, and we confirm it before you trade rather than after.
Networks
Tron, Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain and Solana for settlement in stablecoins. You choose; the network fee is yours and it is quoted separately rather than folded into the rate.
Same-day settlement
Both legs settle the same business day for the common corridors. Where a corridor cannot, we say so in the quote instead of discovering it afterwards.
How a Trade Runs
First trade includes onboarding; after that it is four messages.
You send the request
Pair, direction, amount and the settlement rail you want. By email or through your named contact.
We quote
A firm price for the full amount, with a stated validity window. The window is short because the price is real; a quote held for an hour is not a quote, it is an option we would have to charge for.
You accept or you do not
No obligation and no pressure, and declining a quote does not affect the next one. If the price is worse than you can get elsewhere, take it elsewhere — we would rather you did that than resent the fill.
Both legs settle
You send your side, we send ours, same business day for the standard corridors. Settlement instructions are confirmed in writing before the first trade and reused afterwards.
How the Spread Works
One number, quoted inside the price. No commission on top, no settlement fee, no minimum monthly volume.
- Quoted in the price — you see the all-in rate, not a rate plus fees discovered later
- Tighter with size — and tighter again on stablecoin pairs, where the underlying market is deepest
- Wider in volatility — because the risk we are taking off you is genuinely larger, and pretending otherwise would mean refusing to quote at exactly the moment you need a quote
What We Will Not Tell You Yet
Most desks publish a tier table — so many basis points above this volume, so many above that. We are not publishing one, for a reason worth stating plainly: NELVOI has not launched, and a table published before the first trade would be a guess dressed as a rate card.
What we can tell you now is the shape: stablecoin pairs are tightest, volatile pairs are wider, and size improves the number. What the number is for your volume and your pair is something we will quote you rather than estimate on a marketing page.
Every desk that quotes you should be willing to tell you the all-in rate before you trade, and to let you compare it against what you would get elsewhere. If one will not, that is the answer to the question you were asking.
Questions About the Desk
The desk is built for trades from roughly $50,000. Below that an exchange will almost always serve you better, and we will say so rather than take the trade — a customer who is worse off using us does not come back, and should not.
Yes, for the amount quoted and within the validity window. That is the entire point of a desk. A quote that moves between acceptance and settlement is not a quote.
Full corporate or individual onboarding before the first trade: identity, ownership structure for entities, and source of funds appropriate to the size. This is heavier than an exchange account precisely because the amounts are larger, and it is done once rather than per trade.
Only for the moment of the trade. This is not a custody service and not a place to keep a balance; both legs settle the same day and nothing is held afterwards. Settlement lands on a [business account](/business-accounts) in the same currency where you hold one.
Ask. Some we can arrange, some we cannot, and the answer depends on the banking partner rather than on how much we would like the business. You will get a yes or a no rather than a maybe that becomes a no after three weeks.
Within the validity window, the price is ours to honour. After it expires, you get a fresh quote at the current market. We do not re-quote inside the window and we do not extend a window quietly.
Tell Us the Size
The pair, the direction and the monthly volume you expect. We come back with an indicative rate and the terms it holds under — and if an exchange would serve you better at your size, we will say so.
- An indicative rate against your actual volume and pair
- Corridor and settlement timing confirmed before you commit
- We will tell you when you do not need a desk
